PURPOSE: To uniformly and firmly join a heat sensitive plate to a heating block at the time of manufacturing the title container.

CONSTITUTION: The sample container manufactured by the title method is provided with a heating block 4, heat sensitive plate 2 fixed inside the block 4, and heating heater 32. Thermocouples 12 are respectively stuck to the lower surfaces of the sample receiving pans 14 and 16 formed of the plate 2. The block 4 is put on a lower pressurizing plate 22 with an aluminum plate 30 in between. An aluminum plate 28 is placed on the upper surface of the outer peripheral edge of the plate put on the annular projection 6 of the block 4 and an upper pressurizing plate 20 is put on the plate 28. Both plates 22 and 20 are fixed by tightening bolts 24. The sample container is put in a vacuum furnace in the above-mentioned state and maintained at 400°C for 30 minutes. Therefore, the heat sensitive plate 2 and heating block 4 are firmly joined to each other by diffused junction.
