PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture a sandstone-like light aerated concrete cast panel by injecting a high-strength close-grained mortar on a surface transfer molding material in a formwork and in a side wall molding frame.
CONSTITUTION: A gypsum molding material 1 to which a sand stone design is transferred is arranged in a panel molding formwork 2. In a clearance formed by the gypsum molding material 1, a formwork side face, and an inner formwork, a high-strength close-grained mortar is injected, and side wall mortar layers are simultaneously formed at a sandstone design part and a panel side face. The inner formwork is removed, a light aerated concrete slurry 7 is made to flow into a space formed by a solidified mortar bottom and the side walls. After the aerated concrete is set, it is cured in an autoclave. During the autoclaving, hydration reactions of a high-strength close-grained mortar layer 5 at the formwork bottom, a high-strength close-grained mortar layer 6 at the formwork side face, and a light aerated concrete layer 7 are made to proceed simultaneously, so as to obtain a desired sandstone-like light aerated concrete precast panel 8.
