PURPOSE: To enhance machining accuracy of a bead cutting device, by installing the lower roller of its inner surface bead cutting device in the upper stream of an open pipe butted point, and by eliminating risk of this lower roller stamping the flush.
CONSTITUTION: In an inner surface cutting device of this arrangement, the lower roller 12 is located in the upper stream so as not to stamp the flush 17. A flush receipt plate 26 is mounted under overhung situation, on the side walls of a header 7 equipped with a cutting tool 11, from the butted point toward the downstream in parallel with the axis of an open pipe 1 and a pipe 1, and the flush 17 is received by this receipt plate 26. The flush on this receipt plate 26 is exhausted to downstream by the air sent from an air delivery pipe 16 to ensure machining with high accuracy.
