PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a sheet metal of a multilayer structure called a sandwiched sheet metal of a laminated metal sheet for forming a support adhered by a core material for maintaining an aggregate of a structure and the sheet metal obtained by the method.

CONSTITUTION: At least one metal sheet is covered with a suspension made of particulate aqueous and/or organic dispersing medium of polymer having adhesive properties. Another one sheet is executed on a sheet covered with the suspension to form a multilayer structure. Thereafter, the structure is compressed. Further, its temperature is raised to generate an aggregate of overall or partial gas of aqueous and/or organic medium and particles contained in the suspension.
