PURPOSE: To make advanced shoes with an excellent appearance and function by fitting an unvulcanized rubber sheet on a resin mold on which unvulcanized rubber pieces with different colors and/or a different properties are placed at recess parts for forming a sole after its upper surface is wiped with a solvent.

CONSTITUTION: After sole-shaped pieces are cut from a sheet of unvulcanized rubber and heated, their upper surfaces are wiped with toluene dissolving 1% of a kneaded material. After that, a circular sheet and a semi-circular sheet are respectively fitted in a circular recess part 2 of a toe-stamped part and a semi-circular recess part 3 of a heel part of a mold 1 (shore hardness of 80°, temperature of 80°C) made of polyurethane, and then this mold 1 is placed on the sheet made of foaming-material having shore hardness of 70° on a central part 4, 30° on an upper-rear part 5, 40° on an upper-front part 6. After that, an unvulcanized rubber sheet in form of sole is fitted in a recess part 7 of the mold 1 and combined with a last 9 hanging an upper 8. The whole combined by this way is depressed in a vertical direction and the unvulcanized sole is depressibly joined on the upper surface of the upper 8. After this shoe is placed with the last 9 into an indirect type of vulcanizer, a title shoe is obtained.
