Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of shoes that reduces manual processes and high quality shoes.
SOLUTION: A rigid-free sock or an upper body 1 is prepared. A tension is added on the rigid-free sock corresponding to a suitable mold and it is possible to combine it with an intermediate member. The intermediate member has multiple through holes thereon and has an optional cavity part at the arch region. Then, the intermediate member is placed inside the mold to prepare a semiproduct in the manner of injecting or pouring at least one time of a preferably but not necessarily compact thermoplastic or thermosetting or expandable material so as to affect at least the intermediate member to obtain a semifinished product. A sole is associated with the lower part of the semifinished product.
