PURPOSE: To disperse a magnetic body uniformly by blowing solid or liquid toner consisting principally of binding resin and a coloring agent in one direction together with a hot blast and a magnetic material in the other direction together with air into a cylindrical area at a specific speed, and turning them downward.

CONSTITUTION: Nonmagnetic toner 21 of about 5W25μm mean particle size which is prepared in a specific shape is thrown in the cylindrical part 11 at a proper speed from a throw-in hole 13 together with the hot blast, and the magnetic material 22 of ≤1μm particle size which is prepared in a specific shape is thrown from a throw-in hole 13' together with the air. The toner 21 and magnetic material 22 form rotating flows in the cylinder part respectively. The toner 21 contacts the magnetic material 22, which is melt-stuck on the softened surface of the toner 21 with the contacting pressure or bury it in the resin of the toner 21. The magnetic body 22 is stuck on individual binding resin particles uniformly without omnipresence, thereby obtaining uniform single-component toner 2. Consequently, the single-component toner having magnetic body dispersed uniformly is manufactures easily and continuously.
