PURPOSE: To obtain a soft vinyl chloride resin film of wider width by a small- width extrusion laminator using a system in which a vinylidene fluoride resin is laminated as a surface film on a soft vinyl chloride film by extrusion.

CONSTITUTION: By a co-extrusion molding method, etc., a two-layered extrusion laminate consisting of a vinylidene fluoride resin layer and an acrylic resin layer, or a three-layered extrusion laminate consisting of a vinylidene fluoride resin layer, a soft vinyl chloride resin layer, and an acrylic resin layer as the intermediate layer is formed. Both end portions of the acrylic resin layer or soft vinyl chloride resin layer of the laminate, each having a given width of joint allowance on the end portions, are hot-bonded by rolling the soft vinyl chloride resin sheet in softened state by heating, and the width of the bonded sheets is extended to 1.5 folds or more, preferably 2W5 folds, by a tenter at 190W200°C.
