Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize a highly reliable solid electrolytic capacitor having a stable electric characteristic, in the solid electrolytic capacitor using polypyrrole.
CONSTITUTION: The electrode foils for an anode and cathode are wound up together with separators for a capacitor element to be formed. A plurality of processes wherein the capacitor element is impregnated with an oxidative solution an a pyrrole solution separately. In the first impregnating process, an oxidative solution which contains 0.01-10wt.% ammonium persulfate is used. Thereby, the increase of the leakage current caused the damage of the oxide film layer of the anode foil can be suppressed.
