Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor, wherein a leak current characteristic is easily improved while the number to faults are reduced.
SOLUTION: For the manufacture of a capacitor, a process is performed once or repeatedly as a solid electrolytic layer is formed at an anode body 6 wherein a valve action metal is anode-oxidized to form an oxide coat, then plural anode bodies 6 are submerged in a re-formation liquid 9 where an electrode 11 is allocated, where a current is applied between the anode body 6 and the electrode 11 for re-formation process. Here, the anode body 6 is so submerged in the re-formation liquid, where a network-like electrode is allocated as 0<T2/T1<5, where T1 is the shortest distance between the anode bodies 6 and T2 is the shortest distance between the anode body 6 and the electrode 11, for re-formation process.
