Abstract:

PURPOSE:To facilitate the management of the temperature of an electrolyte and to completely mask without necessity of a masking jig by masking a predetermined part of a capacitor substrate with a masking agent insoluble in the electrolyte and soluble in other predetermined solution. CONSTITUTION:The predetermined part of an aluminum compounding plate 1 is formed with a mask 2. The mask 2 is formed by coating by screen printing a masking agent insoluble in an electrolyte and soluble in a predetermined solution, such as water or the like and drying it. Then, the plate 1 coated with the mask 2 is dipped in an electrolyte 4 filled in a vessel 5 made of stainless steel or the like, a current is supplied from a DC power source 6 with the plate 1 as an anode and the vessel 5 as a cathode to perform an electrolytic oxidation polymerization, thereby forming a polymer layer of heterocyclic compound on a part not coated with the mask 2 of protrusions 1-1, 1-2,.... As the electrolyte 4, an electrolyte containing acetonyl or acetone as solvent, pyrrole and ammonium borodisalicylate(ABS) of borodisalycylate are employed.
