PURPOSE: To conform to the low impedance in a high frequency region by using conductive polymer, by a method wherein a valve metal anode leading-out lead is utilized as a power feeding lead in manufacturing, and an anode leading- out lead is provided for leading-out an anode.
CONSTITUTION: One end of a power feeding lead 22 is connected with an anode foil 23 by welding and the like so as to conform to a product capacitance; the other end of the power feeding lead 22 is fixed to a retaining plate; the restoration of a dielectric layer 24 on the surface of the anode foil 23 is performed in formation liquid. For the creeping-up of the formation liquid on the power feeding lead 22 in the case of the restoration of the dielectric layer 24, voltage drop can be prevented, since the part where the power feeding lead comes into contact with the anode foil 23 and the vicinity of the part is constituted of valve metal. After an anode leading-out lead 21 is connected with the part of the anode foil 23 for leading out the anode by welding and the like, the power feeding lead 22 is cut off. Thereby the increase of an inductance in a high frequency region can be prevented, so that a solid-state electrolytic capacitor whose impedance is excellently lowered in the high frequency region can be obtained.
