Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a favorable electronic polymer film without marring a dielectric oxide film.
CONSTITUTION: A dielectric film 2 is made on an aluminum etched foil 1, and then a plurality of element foils 3 are made in comb shape, and a solid electrolyte crawling up preventive part 4 is made on the side of the base of each element foil 3, out of, preferably, a masking material which is insoluble in electrolytic polymer liquid and has water repellency, and then a chemically oxidized polymer film 5 and an electrolytic polymer film 6 are made.
