Abstract:
To enable repeat use of graft material and reduce the cost of a solid high polymer electrolyte film and a fuel cell.
This solid high polymer electrolyte film is produced by graft reaction and sulfonation reaction after irradiation of radiation or electron beam with one among fluorine carbide resin, hydrocarbon resin and copolymer of them taken as material. In this manufacturing method of the solid high polymer electrolyte film, chain transfer agent is added to graft material used for the graft reaction. The film produced by the manufacturing method is sandwiched by a fuel electrode and an oxidant electrode in a fuel cell.
