PURPOSE: To make it unnecessary to mount a nozzle with use of welding and thereby improve accuracy of a mounting position of the nozzle and a size of the nozzle by forming a large diameter nozzle by making use of an extrusion method while forming a small diameter nozzle by making use of cutting processing.
CONSTITUTION: Large diameter nozzles 2, 3, 4 are formed from a thick cylindrical raw material 1 by making user of an extrusion method. In addition, a small diameter nozzle 9 cylindrically projected is formed by transversely boring the periphery and a shaft core of a flat pyramidal projection 8 formed by cutting axial and circumferential grooves in a surface of said thin cylindrical raw material. Then, raw material surfaces around the large diameter nozzles 2, 3, 4 are cut to provide a desired nozzle height. To finally finish the raw materials into a nozzle shape, inner and outer diameter of each nozzle is cut with use of a transverse boring machine, whereby the small diameter nozzle 9 and the large diameter nozzles 2, 3, 4 integrally finished. Namely, a solid type pressure vessel without having no nozzle mounting welding part can be assured.
