PURPOSE: To make it possible to easily manufacture a whole sound eliminating hose, which has a cylindrical sound absorbing material made of a soft foam body provided inside thereof, in a fixed curved shape.
CONSTITUTION: A spiral shaped member 4 is inserted into the inner circumference of a sound absorbing material 2. A curved mandrel 7 is inserted into the inner side of the sound absorbing material 2 and a connecting tube 5 is fitted to both ends of the sound absorbing material 2 which has its specified curved shape maintained by the curved mandrel 7. Under this condition, the outer circumference of the sound absorbing material 2 is covered with a heat shrinking tube which is shrunk by applying heat and the shrunk heat shrinking tube is made the noise insulation tube.
