PURPOSE: To obtain a sqeegee blade with an edge section which does not peel off by injecting resin material into a cavity for forming a blade to form a holder, then injecting a different type of resin material to form an edge section and allowing a resin material to cross-link the formed edge section.

CONSTITUTION: Resin material is injected into the cavity for forming a blade of a die to form an edge section 5. Next the resin material in the edge section 5 is solidified in a non-cross-linked state, then a different type of resin material (which is of the same composition as and harder than the edge section 5) is injected to form a holder section 4 so that it runs along one side of the edge section 5. In this case, the material resins of the edge section 5 and the holder section 4 mutually melt together at the border. The material resin of the holder section 4 becomes hardened as not yet cross-linked, then the die is placed in a heating furnace to cause the material resin to be cross-linked. After this, the molding is released to take out from the die as a blade.
