Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to easily produce a stator case capable of suppressing to a minimum the degree of temperature rise due to the heat generated in the stator.
CONSTITUTION: Ultraviolet-setting resin 23 is applied with the same thickness to a flat plate-shaped steel plate member 21 by means of a transfer roller 22. The resin 23 is cured by an ultraviolet ray irradiating equipment 25, and then the steel plate member 21 is formed to a cylindrical shape, its butt joint portion 21b is welded, and a stator case 11 is completed. A resin layer with a relatively small thermal conductivity is formed between a stator and the stator case 11.
