Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a steel-made door in the high productivity by enabling bending after welding.
SOLUTION: A stainless steel sheet and a plated steel sheet are butt-welded by using a adding metal so that Ni equivalent of welding metal satisfies Ni equivalent equal to and above 0.7×Cr equivalent + 20, and after forming these sheets to one of the steel sheet, the steel sheet is worked to the longitudinal frame of the door or the door sheet by cutting, bending, welding, etc., and the door is assembled so that the stainless steel part positions the longitudinal frame or the lower part of the door. By this method, the welded metal excellent in the ductility is formed and the crack is not developed at the time of bending.
