PURPOSE: To equalize the glass quantity inside wells and reinforce the fillet by setting a push of a pushing roller strong where a distance between the wells is small and setting the push weak where the distance is large concerning the pushed quantity of bead glass by the pushing roller.

CONSTITUTION: The pushing quantity of a pushing roller 8 is adjusted corresponding to disposition of wells 1, and the rotation of the pushing roller 8 is set slow at a part requiring a strong push of the pushing roller 8, where a distance between the wells is small, while the rotation of the pushing roller 8 is set fast at a part requiring a weak push of the pushing roller 8, where the distance between the wells is large, synchronously with the rotation speed of a contact surface of bead glass 2 corresponding to the strength of the push of the pushing roller 8. Deformation of the pushed bead glass 2 is thus prevented, the glass quantity of bead glass inside a pin circle 9 of a stem becomes uniform, and the inner and outer height of fillet can be equalized, thereby the strength of the fillet can be improved.
