Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a pole piece assembly easy of winding work, by winding the coil on the magnetic plate made of rod shaped high permeability material and bending the magnetic plate.

CONSTITUTION: The coil 2 is wound on the magnetic plate 1 made of rod shaped high permeability material and it is bent to form the pole piece assembly. At the open ends 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d of the pole piece assembly, the holder 4 having the insertion hole 4a is inserted. The joint end of the pole piece assembly is inserted to the hole 5a of the holder 5 and the projection 6a of the printed board is inserted to the hole 5b. Thus, since the coil can be wound on the magnetic plate 1 of rod shape, the winding work can be made easy.
