Next, in a concrete placing process, concrete C is placed in a form, in which joint layout is completed, Next, in a demolding process, by demolding after the curing of the concrete C and removing the temporary joint materials 2, a PC panel 5, onto the under side of the concrete of which the stone materials 3 and the ultrasonic shielding member 4 are bonded, is obtained. Further, in a washing process, the stone material arranged surface side of the PC panel 5 is ultrasonically washed by being immersed in the washing solution in an ultrasonically washing tank. Furthermore, in a joint finishing process, after the washed PC panel is dried, finishing joint materials 6 are mounted to the joint parts of the stone materials 3.
