Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a structure in the case of manufacturing the structure of a building and a vehicle or the like by joining by frictional joining.
SOLUTION: A butting part of plates 34a of the end parts in two panels 31, 32 constituting the structure is placed on a flat bed, frictional joining is executed by a rotary body 50 only from the upper side of the plates 34a, and the butting part is joined and the surface of the rear surface side in the butting part is substantially flatened. The surface of the rear surface side of an object obtained such a manner is positioned in the outer surface of a body structure a railway vehicle and the structure of the building or the like to manufacture it as the structure. Thus, the structure is inexpensively manufactured because no ruggedness such as back beads by joining exists in the outer surface of the structure.
