Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method which can manufacture simply a surface modified concrete laminated block which improves strength, wear resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance and chemical stability of a surface modified layer, prevents the surface from being chipped or discolored, is superior in durability, controls secular change extending for a long period, moreover reduces a manufacturing cost and is excellent in economical points.
CONSTITUTION: Aggregate to be constituted of sintered or molten zirconium oxide or sintered or molten aluminum oxide ceramics or silicon carbide and cement are agitated with each other, the aggregate is forced to arrange in a minutely filled state, which is filled into a bottom part within a molding concrete shuttering 3, allowed to cure, a surface modified layer 1 is molded, a molding material for a mortar layer is placed onto the surface modified layer 1 which is made to cure and the mortar layer 2 is molded through which a two-layer structure surface modified concrete laminated block A is molded.
