A leg 4 is formed at the bottom of a connector 1, and the connector 1 is screw-fixed on a printed board 5 by the leg 4. A part of a flexible material 7, having a conduction path into an arbitrary shape, fixed to a lead terminal 3 extended from the connector 1. While the part of the flexible material 7 is being electrically connected to the lead terminal 3, the other part of the flexible material 7 is electrically connected to the printed board 5 by a BGA system. Namely, the conduction path of the flexible material 7 is electrically connected to a wiring pattern on the printed board 5 by many solder balls 9 arranged between the flexible material 7 and the printed board 5 in a grid pattern. The flexible material 7 is provided with an insertion hole 10 near a soldering part (BGA part), and the leg 4 of the connector 1 is inserted to the insertion hole 10.
