Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the manufacturing method of surfacing material for two- and three-wheelers, with which a welding mold is downsized, the weight of welding facilities is reduced, the man-hour for mold working is cut down and consequently the working efficiency can be improved in the manufacturing of the surfacing material having very long weld line.
CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of surfacing material for twoand three-wheelers concerned consists of a first welding process, in which a gore surfacing material 12 and one half of a large-sized surfacing material 11 are joined together, and a second welding process, in which the gore surfacing material 12 and the remaining half of the large-sized surfacing material 11 are joined together.
