PURPOSE: To obtain continuously a synthetic resin corrugated sheet which is covered and laminated by a synthetic resin film firmly and with a good appearance on its surface, by covering and laminating continuously a synthetic resin sheet extruded continuously with the synthetic resin film and forming it like a corrugated sheet.

CONSTITUTION: A rigid vinyl chloride resin is continuously extruded from the die 1 of an extruder in a circular form and opened by cutting its lower part with a fixed blade 2 and an obtained sheet A is put in between the rotating pinch rolls 3, 3' and made like a flat sheet. Before the sheet A is put in between the pinch rolls 3, 3', a film B composed of an acrylic resin is laid continuously on it under a condition where the surface temperature of the sheet A does not descend below 70°C, then a laminated sheet of which the sheet A is covered and laminated with the film B is obtained. The laminated sheet C is slided on a corrugating device 4 wherein a wave form is shaped on its surface and formed like a corrugated sheet while the residual heat of an extrusion remains still. Then, by cooling the sheet formed like the corrugated sheet, the synthetic resin corrugated sheet D wherein the film B is firmly covered and laminated on its surface is continuously manufactured.
