PURPOSE: To enable a small deformation according to fondness by enabling manufacturing easily, by a method wherein a heated and softened thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet in a predetermined form is mounted on a bowl-like thining on the inside of which sheetlike thing has been laid down, a cylindrical body is pressed in the same, shaping is performed by making use of a gap between the cylindrical body and the bowl-like thing and the same is made into a solid molded product by cooling the same.

CONSTITUTION: Thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet 1 such as vinyl chloride resin sheet is cut off into predetermined forms such as a rectangle, regular square and circle in consideration of size and a form of a final solid molded product. A sheetlike thing 3 such as paper or cloth is laid down on the inside of a bowl-like thin 2 which is in an appropriate form, the sheet 1 softened into a moldable state is mounted on the bowl-like thing 2 and a cylindrical body 4 whose diameter is smaller than that of the bowl-like thing 2 is pressed in the same. With this construction, the sheet 1 is shaped after a vessel-like state and a form according to fondness is shaped by inserting a bar into a gap S between the cylindrical thing 4 and bowl-like thin 2 and need. After shaping in this manner the same is taken out of the bowl-like thing 2 and cooled by fixing the form.
