To provide a method for making a tack label which can be stored for a long period without evaporating perfume during distribution or storage and emits a scent by peeling the label by hand when it is used.

Next, the outside of the seal part 16 is half- die-cut from the second backing 12 side by using a half die-cutting blade 40, a half-die-cut lamination material separates cut residue 2, and a wound tack label 1 containing the perfume is prepared.
