Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate a supply of tapered bore tube as a material for machine parts or the like.
CONSTITUTION: By the use of a die 1 for a bore corresponding to the outside diameter of a prescribed manufactured tube and a mandrel 3 which is provided with a straight part 6 of the outside diameter corresponding to the small bore part of the manufactured tube at the tip end side and with the straight part 8 of the outside diameter corresponding to the large bore of the manufactured tube at the rear part, and which is formed into a tapered part 7 between the two straight parts, a hot extrusion machining is performed by a moving mandrel system.
