PURPOSE: To increase the mechanical strength of a connection part by bending one end of a heat-resisting metallic wire and superposing the heat-resisting metallic wire upon on one end of a fusible metallic wire.
CONSTITUTION: Heat-resisting metallic wires 2a and 2b and an insulator 3 are arranged in a heat-resistant metallic pipe 1. One end of the fusible metallic wire 5 which contains flux is welded atop of the metallic wire 2a projecting from one end of the metallic pipe 1. The metallic wire 5 and metallic wire 2b are inserted into a two-hole insulating pipe 6 respectively. Then, the metallic wire 2b projecting from the tip part of the insulat-pipe 6 is bent. Then, it is superposed upon the other end of the metallic wire 5 to form an overlap part so that the metallic wire 5 of the overlap part is at the upper side of the metallic wire 2b. The other end of the metallic wire 2b is made into an electrode and discharging is performed atop of the metallic wire 5 while gaseous Ar 7 as auxiliary gas is flowed to perform plasma spot welding, thus connecting the metallic wires 5 and metallic wire 2b. Consequently, the mechanical strength of the connection part is increased.
