Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and surely, with a comparatively slight operating force, execute bending formation of three-dimensional reinforcing steel wire rod consisting of reinforcing bar arranged in a deck plate of a concrete structure, without any need of particular working equipment, by adding a little structure to welding equipment.
CONSTITUTION: When a lattice bar 2 bent and formed into a continuous chevron shape is set on a steel bar 1 and welded, a plurality of chevron shaped bent apex 20 of a lattice bar 2 is joined to the steel bar 1, and the continued two or more joined parts are simultaneously welded, and then under a condition of remaining heat during welding and directly after welding, the chevron shaped bent part between continuous two joined welding parts is bent to the side.
