PURPOSE: To provide a tire containing a concrete which has many use fields as construction materials and is effective as a part of a countermeasure for waste disposal and its manufacture.

CONSTITUTION: A tire 1 is bored at any position for a concrete charging opening. An inside surface of the tire is washed at high pressure with a detergent 2 and water 3. An adhesive 4 for concrete is applied to all the inside surface of the tire. An opening part of the tire is blockaded with a form 5. Ready mixed concrete 8 is charged from the concrete charging opening. Vibration is applied to the tire 1 from outside, and the tire 1 is filled with the ready mixed concrete 8. After the ready mixed concrete is solidified, the form 5 is separated from the tire 1.
