Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a safe filtering-type purifying device for bath water in which breeding of various kinds of microbes is suppressed.
CONSTITUTION: This device has the following circulation system of warm water. Water in a bath passes through the housing 3 of a filter member to remove various foreign matters and then successively passes through a white adsorbent- filter member 4 of an inorg. porous body consisting essentially of silica hydrogel having 200-700m2/g specific surface area and through an antimicrobial layer member 5 essentially comprising a silver-base antimicrobial such as metal silver, silver ion-substd. zeolite, and thiosulfite silver complex silica gel. Then the water is returned to the bath again.
