PURPOSE: To mass-produce a titanium ring for electrodeposition drum having good surface characteristic and high circularity under good workability by executing specific ring rolling to reduction ratio and outer diameter expanding velocity of a titanium raw material heated at the specific temp.
CONSTITUTION: The pierced titanium raw material 1 (pure titanium or titanium alloy raw material) heated at <700°C is rolled to expand the hole under condition of ≥30% reduction radio per one heat and ≤8m/sec outer diameter expanding velocity by using a main roll 5, mandrel roll 6, an axial roll 7 and centering rolls 8, 8'. By this method, the seamless titanium ring for electrodeposition drum having sufficiently fine and uniform crystalline grains and high circularity is stably manufactured under excellent working efficiency.
