Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of a transparent conductive substrate with low surface resistance and excellent optical properties.
CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive substrate consisting of a visible light transmissive substrate material, a transparent overcoat layer formed on the substrate material, and a transparent conductive film formed on the overcoat layer and containing conductive superfine particles is prepared by printing or applying a transparent conductive ink to a substrate, drying and then firing the ink to form the transparent conductive film, and after that forming the overcoat layer, sticking the resulting body to a substrate material with an adhesive, etc., and removing the substrate by dissolving or swelling the substrate.
