PURPOSE: To hold an oligomer component from oozing out onto the external wall surface of an intermediate material and continuously manufacture the captioned bottle with high efficiency by applying a flame process or a corona discharge process to the external wall surface of an intermediate material of a bottomed cylindrical shape and blow-forming it.
CONSTITUTION: An oligomer component existing on the external wall surface of an intermediate material is removed through evaporation, decomposition and burning by applying beforehand a flame process or a corona discharge process to the external wall surface of an intermediate material, when a transparent saturated polyester bottle is manufactured using an intermediate material of a bottomed cylindrical shape. As a result, it is possible to prevent troubles such as the difficulty to remove a formed product due to its sticking to a die or a dulling generated on the surface of a formed product under a continuous operation by utterly eliminating or significantly reducing an oligomer component oozing out onto the external wall surface of an intermediate material when a bottle is thermally set using a die.
