PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a tube lining material which can be simply impregnated with liquidlike curable resin and a grout material uniformly in an entire length and a method for repairing a conduit to effectively line the conduit to be invaded with water to repair it.

CONSTITUTION: A tube lining material is manufactured by the steps of inverting, inserting an open liner 5 in a resin impregnating liner 2 by hydraulic pressure by using the liner 2 previously impregnated uniformly with liquidlike curable resin, the liner 5 and a grout material-impregnated liner 6 previously impregnated uniformly with grout material, and inserting the liner 6 mounted at an inverted end of the liner 5 into the liner 5. An inner peripheral surface of the conduit to be invaded with water is lined with the tube lining material manufactured by the above method to be repaired.
