CONSTITUTION: A photopolymerizing resin composition comprised of a 100 pts.wt. vinyl monomer mixture, 0.1-300 pts.wt. photoreacting vinyl compound and 0.01-20pts.wt. photopolymerizing resin composition is applied to a substrate, to which light having a wave length of 400-600nm is applied and a photoset layer is formed. A vinyl monomer mixture is a mixture of a 5-50wt.% water-soluble or alkali-soluble monofunctional vinyl monomer and 50-95wt.% other vinyl monomer, the photoreacting compound has, a photoreacting group which does not generates a radical with light having the wave length of 400-600nm an generates a radical with the light having the wave length of at least 200nm and less than 400nm, and a photopolymerization initiator is forced to generate a radical with the light having the wave length of 400-600nm.
