Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a miniaturized and economical integrated LC element by forming a coil from valve metal having a valve effect, forming a dielectric layer by anodizing the metal, impregnating the coil with electrolyte and providing a 3rd electrode. CONSTITUTION: The coil is formed of a strip-shaped element such as wire or foil, for example, composed of the valve metal having the valve effect, namely, anodic oxidizable metal such as aluminium or tantalum, and electrodes are provided at both terminal parts 1A and 1B. Further, this element is anodized and impregnated or coated with solid-state or liquid-state electrolyte. Next, this element is covered with silver coating, for example, and a cathode contact 4 is fixed on the silver coating and made into a 3rd electrode. The value of dielectric element is determined by the length of the element, and the value of capacitive element is determined by the etching treatment rate of the element. Thus, the integrated LC element can be provided in comparatively small sizes at a low cost.
