PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a vehicle seat using a heating pressure device, a pressure device and an adhesive, in which a deep pattern can be formed even in a seat using an adhesive independent from a hanging member, positioning is facilitated, a skin member can be bonded to the deep recessed part of a cushion pad, and molding cycle in adhering process can be shortened.

CONSTITUTION: A cushion pad 2 is placed on the base 11 of a heating pressure device 10, the hollow part 13b of a pressure bar 13 is fitted to the hanging loop R of a skin member 1. The hollow part 13b of the pressure bar 13 fitted to the loop R is pressed onto the recessed part 3 of the cushion pad 2 from the adhesive applied surface side of the cushion pad 2. Steam is introduced into the hollow part 13b, and heated from the skin member 1 side, and the loop R consisting of a shirting attached to the reverse surface of the skin member 1 is adhesively bonded to the recessed part 3 of the cushion pad 2 by the adhesive applied to the cushion pad 2.
