PURPOSE: To produce the vibration resistant device incorporating integrally an isolator and a damper by a method in which the space for being inserted is formed in the isolator wherein rubber and a metallic plate are alternately arranged, and after the damper has been inserted, the rubber is vulcanized.
CONSTITUTION: To make the bonded object composed of rubbers and metallic plates, the space of a doughnut shape is provided in a bottom force, and the rubber layers 13 are integrally connected to the metallic plates 6 by injecting the rubber. A plurality of the bonded objects composed of the rubber layers 13 and the metallic plates 6 are mutually superimposed, thereby obtaining the necessary shape as an insulator 1. Then, the space for being inserted for a binder member 15 is formed in the central part of the superimposed object. While fitting plates 14 are arranged up and down in the laminate, the binder member 15 is arranged in the space for being inserted, and after they have been brought in the mold 16 for vulcanization, they are pressurized and heated. Then, the rubber layer 13 is heated and the vibration resistant device integrally constructed with the metallic plates 6 and the damper member 15 may be obtained.
