Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing wall material capable of preventing effectively house dusts from flying.
SOLUTION: Wall material is manufactured such that tourmaline is ground finely and the ground particles are kneaded in resin to be subjected to a compression molding process and extrusion molding process. By using the wall material manufactured by grinding tourmaline minutely and kneading the ground particles in resin and being subjected to a compression molding process and extrusion molding process, a magnetic filed is formed therearound by agent of ground particles of tourmaline scattered in resin without giving voltage from the outside, thereby attracting dusts flying indoors to the wall surface by static electric force.
