PURPOSE:To obtain a wave dissipating wall without stagnation by holding both end faces of a tube with forms to position it, sealing it with a sealing material, placing concrete in an external space, and then removing the forms. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of forms 15 are stood on a supporting infrastructure 5, bent parts 10 are connected by clamping members 16 to form a wall, guides 11 are pressed to both end openings 7, 8 of a corresponding tube 1 at a predetermined through gap T to both end faces of the tube 1, the forms 15 at both ends of the tube 1 are clamped through a retainer 19 to position the tube 1, and the gap between the inner lining 4 of the tube 1 and the guide 11 is externally sealed by a sealing member 12. Concrete is placed in the external space S of the tube 1, after a curing time is elapsed, the forms 15 are removed, and a wave dissipating wall 20 is constructed. Since a plurality of through-holes 21 which are varied in the sectional area of passage by the tubes 1 are formed, the waves propagated against the wall 20 are fed from the opening 7 of the hole 21 into the interior, wavy energy is attenuated by the variations of the sectional area of the passage to dissipate the waves.
