Abstract:
To manufacture a weather strip free from the contamination of a grained design face by dirt from the hand or the like with high productivity.
A sheet 6 of a colored olefin thermoplastic elastomer is extruded from an extruder 3 onto a design face D of a weather strip 1 made of an extrusion molded rubber, the room temperature curing-type coating material E is supplied to the sheet 16, and a graining roller 5 is pressed to the sheet 16 to press the sheet 16 to the design face for forming a coating film 17 of the coating material E onto the sheet 16, and simultaneously graining the sheet 16.
