PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of providing a device for drying a solvent and a ventilation device required for safe sanitation and also eliminate defects generated by oozing of a bonding agent into a skin material by sticking a skin material with a bonding agent to a welt main body having heat just after extrusion molding, melting the bonding agent, heating and sticking directly to the welt main body. CONSTITUTION:A high molecular material layer is extrusion molded on the surface of a core material 5 constituted of metal or the like to form a welt main body 8, and a skin material 1 made of cloth or the like is bonded with the surface of the welt main body 8 by means of a bonding agent. At that time, a non-solvent group hotmelt bonding agent 2 of belt-shaped film is used as a bonding agent, and a belt-shaped bonding agent 2 is bonded preliminarily with the belt-shaped skin material 1 constituted of cloth or the like by heated rollers 3, 3 or the like to form a skin material 4 with a bonding agent. Then, the skin material 4 with the bonding agent is bonded with the welt main body 8 having the heat just after extrusion molding, and the bonding agent 2 is melted with the heat of the welt main body 8 to bond the skin material 1 with the welt main body 8. Then, the same is folded into a U-shaped section shape.
