PURPOSE: To manufacture various wheels by varying an outer annular part having a tread part at need by a method wherein after division of a tire into three, a circular annular rim is covered with the outer annular part and a right and left side annular parts, and those are integrally molded by a molding tool.

CONSTITUTION: An outer annular part 3 having a tread part and a right and left side annular parts 4, 5 which cover the right and left sides of a circular annular rim 1 constituting a tire 2 are molded while keeping a state of raw rubber as it is. The outer annular part 3 divided into three and the right and left side annular parts 4, 5 are formed into a length equivalent to that obtained by dividing the whole circumference of a wheel to be manufactured into four. A spike 11 is formed on the outer circumference of the tread of the outer annular part 3 and two hollow parts 12, 13 are formed in the outer annular part 3. The circular annular rim 1, outer annular part 3 and right and left annular parts 4, 5 have been connected by a boss 8 and four pieces of spokes with one another through welding, unified and then four each of them are put between molding tools 6, 7 of the wheel. The same is molded by the molding tools 6, 7 while compressed air of constant pressure is being sent into two hollow parts 12, 13 of the outer annular part 3, and the wheel is manufactured by vulcanizing the raw rubber. Various wheels can be manufactured by varying only the outer annular part 3.
