Abstract:

To perform the re-molding, completion or both of them of an extrusion profile frame without destructing an extrusion profile.

A profile frame 4 composed of a thermoplastic elastomer is extruded to the surface of window glass 1 having a sharp corner 2 to be molded. The profile frame 4 has a groove like contour part 5 and the side webs 7, 8 of the groove like contour part 5 have fixing projections 9 for an adhesive compsn. A profile strand is bonded on the window glass 1 in a curved state within the sharp corner region. In the injection molding process continuing thereto, a molded corner 12 is added to the corner region of the profile strand. Before an injection molding process, the core corresponding to the inside cross section of a groove is arranged in the groove of the contour part 5 within the corner region and the undesired deformation of the profile frame 4 is prevented.
