Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a fine wooden decorative material, which is produced by laminatingly integrating a wooden decorative veneer with a wooden base material so as not to allow to see through defective parts such as worm-eaten spots, cracks and the like on the surface of the wooden base material.
CONSTITUTION: Firstly, a heat-softening synthetic resin liquid 3, which is elastic after curing, is applied onto the surface of a wooden base material 1, on which a large number of recessed parts 2 such as worm-eaten spots, cracks and the like are present, so as to fill the resin liquid 3. Next, after the ground of the wooden base material 1 is exposed by grinding the surface of the wooden base material, a water-based adhesive 4, which does not modify the elastic resin filled in the recessed parts 2, is applied to and permeated in the surface layer part of the wooden base material 1. After that, a WPC veneer 5 is placed on the surface layer part and made into an integral body under heat and pressure.
