Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a Y-stud efficiently and at low cost by dividing the bond part and strand part of a expand metal that has a proper length in the bond part into two.
CONSTITUTION: An expand metal 4 having fairly long bond parts and hexagnal reticulation is used as a material. The bond parts 5 and strand parts 6 of the metal 4 are cut along respective center lines, A-A, B-B, to manufacture cut pieces of Y- shaped simply. These cut pieces becomes required Y-studs 7 without further working.
